On a beautiful fall afternoon, Jess + Sean were married in the NH mountains, next to the Pemigewasset River. The contrast of New England fall foliage, against the overcast sky was breathtaking. Everything you could have asked for when getting married in the mountains. Jess’s brother officiated their short ceremony. They added a personal touch by writing their own vows to each other; full of humor and sincerity.
Jess + Sean have a love for the White Mountains in New Hampshire. You can often find them heading north whenever they have the chance. Naturally when they started planning their wedding, they knew they wanted their celebration held somewhere that was unique, but special to them as a couple.
Lincoln, New Hampshire is a small mountain town located at the base of Kancamagus Pass; a scenic byway that takes you on a stunning tour of the White Mountain National Forest. It is also home to great walking trails, hiking and skiing. On their many trips north Jess + Sean would seek out good food and craft breweries. Many visits to the Lincoln, NH area included a stop at One Love Brewery. The brewery offered an intimate space above the main restaurant; perfect for hosting their small guest list of 40. When the owner agreed to host their intimate reception, all their dreams of getting married in the White Mountains came together. Following their ceremony everyone gathered at the brewery for dinner and drinks, while celebrating two kind souls and their next great adventure to come.
